About Us

Mahalla, also known as Cultural Centre of Uzbekistan & Friends (CCUF) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 2022 in BC, Canada. Our mission is to integrate diverse groups of immigrants from Uzbekistan and their friends. We do so by variety of events.

Events

Our events are run by Mahalla members for Mahalla members. See the list of ongoing and planned events below. Get in touch if any of these pique your interest, especially if you would like to volunteer for an event. This is the best way to get involved with Mahalla.

Services

Mahalla members run wide range of businesses. They include certified translation, real-estate, restaurant, among many others. We own or use these businesses by ourselves and recommend their services to Mahalla members and the broader community.

Events

We have in-person and virtual events. See our past events in our gallery. Our ongoing and planned events are work-in-progress. We plan to organize more events based on Mahalla members' interest. If you would like to join one or more of these events, or volunteer to run your own please get in touch. Mahalla is a centre for members by members. We rely on member participation.
